American Pie, the cult film about teenage sexual experiences and interactions with girls, which Reid performed in the role of Vicky as the woman who is virginal in the film. But none of this was enough to lead to a highly profitable Hollywood career. Reid did not make it famous in Hollywood through films like Josie and the Pussycats.
